DrivingDeep was founded in 2024 by Sanam Sapkota, an automotive engineering and reviewing enthusiast. After spending years testing tires and providing consulting services to major manufacturers, Sanam wanted to create an independent website to cut through marketing hype with unbiased tire reviews and guides.
At DrivingDeep, our mission is to take the confusion out of buying tires. Sanam Sapkota brings over 5 years of combined expertise in automotive engineering, digital marketing, and SEO to his role as Founder of DrivingDeep.
After earning his engineering degrees from the Institute of Engineering specializing in automotive systems, Sanam worked as an engineer at major tire companies leading product testing initiatives focused on traction, treadwear and ride quality.
Leveraging this technical background, Sanam moved into marketing roles where he managed SEO and lead digital campaigns for top automotive brands. Seeing a need for straightforward tire education and testing-based reviews in the consumer space, Sanam launched DrivingDeep in 2024 as an independent consumer-focused tire review and guide site.

Bringing his academic training in materials, design, and construction to the automotive space, Bhuwan Pandey joined DrivingDeep as an Editor and Writer in 2023 shortly after earning his civil engineering degree. He specializes in translating complex technical tire concepts into straightforward guidance for everyday drivers.
Leveraging his engineering insights on pavement materials, loads, and environmental factors, Bhuwan authors in-depth yet accessible articles on how tires perform on regional roadway conditions seen in daily driving. His testing and analysis focus on key owner concerns like ride quality, noise over rough surfaces, and longevity through seasons.
As an engineer attuned to infrastructure attributes that impact tires, Bhuwan also evaluates all-season, summer, and winter tire models on their grip, handling, and stopping abilities during DrivingDeep’s rigorous proprietary road testing.
